NFT Ownership
Purchasing an NFT on NFTMarket grants you ownership of the unique digital token on the Ethereum blockchain. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the purchase of an NFT does not transfer the copyright or intellectual property rights of the underlying artwork to the buyer.
Collectors receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the artwork for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial licensing arrangements are available on a case-by-case basis.
Blockchain Transactions
All transactions on NFTMarket are conducted on the Ethereum blockchain. By participating in transactions, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
- NFTMarket is not responsible for network fees (gas fees) incurred during transactions
- The value of digital assets may fluctuate significantly
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
These legal terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
